Visitor Management Software Visitor Management software keeps track on the visitor who are coming in the organisation. The software is mainly designed from the need to track the visitors so that administrator can check through the report at what time visitor comes within the organisation and upto what time he is within the premises.

• Visitor identity through finger: Regular visitor can be tracked out easily by verifying their finger. Each visitor who is coming inside organisation has to register his own finger in application. Lateron admin can specify to which department, or to which person that visitor intended to visit and depending upon that details administrator can view the report of the visitor.
  
• Write to card: visitor who are regular one can also be issued card for verification purpose. The details can be written onto the card and this card can be placed on cardreader to authenicate the visitor.
  
• Web based application: Visitor management is web based application so it can be easily accessed from anywhere on any pc with valid username and password. So admin can view details from any place in organisation.
  
• Muti user functionality: Multiple system user can be assigned to handle visitor and check their information. Depending upon the system user role they can print , modify and view information. So in this way it becomes easier for system user to manage software according to their need. Specific rights can be assigned to the user who can operate the application.
  
• Deploying visitor reports to excel: visitor log reports can be easily exported to excel sheet, so administrator can produce the report to incharge authorities in case of any emergency period.
